The Close Grip Front Lat Pulldown is a variation of the Lat Pulldown that concentrates more on the Biceps. Our example is shown with the GPLM83 Lat Machine.
START by attaching the long straight bar to the high pulley cable. Grab the bar with an underhand grip, slightly less than shoulder width apart. Sit on the seat pad and extend your arms.
Pull your shoulder blades together and down, stick your chest out and pull the bar to your chest. Slowley let it rise to the starting position.
