This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Foam Roller or Premium Foam Roller.
Lie on the ground and position the broad side of a foam roller underneath the shoulder blades. Bend the knees so feet are flat on the floor.
Lift the pelvis towards the ceiling and place hands behind the head. Keeping the core muscles tight, slowly roll forward and back so that the roller moves up and down between the top of the shoulder blades and the middle of the back.
