This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Foam Roller or Premium Foam Roller.
Lie on the right side with your right arm extended along the floor and the thumb pointing up towards the ceiling. The roller should be directly under the right armpit, perpendicular to the body.
Bend the left arm and lightly place the left hand on the floor for extra support.
Roll up and down so that the roller moves from the armpit to just above the waist. Then, switch positions to target the left side.
