This exercise is designed to be performed on a Body-Solid Tools Stability Ball. Stability Balls can be used to perform a variety of balance, core training, strength, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises that target the abdominals, hips, glutes, back and upper body.
Kneel behind the exercise ball with palms flat on the ball. Slowly roll it forward until the triceps are resting on the ball.
The legs should be almost completely extended with knees still on the floor. Hold for three seconds, and then slowly roll upright to the starting position, focusing on moving in a straight line.
