This exercise is designed to be performed on a Body-Solid Tools Stability Ball. Stability Balls can be used to perform a variety of balance, core training, strength, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises that target the abdominals, hips, glutes, back and upper body.
Lie with the shoulder blades on top of the exercise ball, back extended straight and feet flat on the ground with the knees bent at 90-degree angles.
Hold the dumbbells at each side of the chest. Push the dumbbells straight up, pause, and then lower them back down to mid-chest.
