The Shoulder Press is a resistance exercise designed to strengthen and develop the shoulders and back. Our example is done using the GST20 Utility Stool.
START by sitting on the bench and picking up a dumbell in each hand. Begin with an overhand grip and the dumbells raised with your elbows parralel to the floor.
Press the weights straight up over your shoulders. Do not lock your arms. pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
