This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Start with palms on the floor and the balls of the feet balanced on the plyometric box behind you.
Remove one foot from the box, bringing the knee in toward the torso. Then press the leg backward, concentrating on squeezing the glutes.
Immediately draw the knee back in towards the chest and continue.
