The RUGGED One is a multi-station weight-stack gym designed to deliver comprehensive full-body strength training in a single footprint. Engineered for heavy home and light-commercial use, the unit integrates multiple exercise stations, ergonomic press arms, and a selectorized weight stack system.
Frame, Weight Stack & Cable Specifications
Finished in Iron Mountain Gray, the frame features adjustable seat positioning and DuraFirm padding for joint support. A 210 lb. weight stack (available in standard cast iron or upgraded red machined steel options) drives the resistance, connected to nylon-sheathed steel aircraft cables that run over sealed bearing pulleys.
Integrated Workout Stations
- Chest/Press Arm: Configured for flat chest presses, incline presses, chest mid-rows, and back hyperextensions with motion pathways designed to track natural joint articulation.
- High Pulley: Stationed overhead for lat pulldowns and tricep pressdowns.
- Mid Pulley: Positioned for ab crunches, overhead tricep extensions, and standing fly movements.
- Low Pulley: Located near the base for biceps curls, seated cable rows, upright rows, lateral raises, and leg adduction/abduction.
- Leg Developer: Integrated station for biomechanically isolated seated leg extensions and standing leg curls.
Optional 1:2 Ratio Leg Press Attachment
An optional side-mounted Leg Press Attachment utilizes a 2:1 mechanical leverage ratio, effectively doubling the weight stack resistance up to 420 lbs. Built with a double-beam frame design to eliminate footplate twist and reduce ankle stress, the attachment features an oversized, non-slip rubber press plate that pivots forward and downward to target quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. Side-mounted stability handles keep users anchored during heavy presses.
