Description
The RUGGED by Body-Solid Lat Attachment is a rear-mounted cable system engineered specifically to integrate with the RUGGED by Body-Solid Y120 Half Rack. By adding high and low cable pulleys to the rear of the rack frame, the unit expands training functionality to include lat pulldowns, low rows, cable curls, and triceps extensions without increasing the machine's primary side-to-side footprint.
Construction & Cable Specs
Built with a 2" x 3" 11-gauge steel frame and finished in an electrostatically applied black powder coat, the attachment is rated for a maximum load capacity of 1,000 lbs. High-tension movements are driven by 2,200 lb. test-rated, nylon-coated aircraft cables running through heavy-duty pulley wheels for smooth movement under load.
Plate Loading & Accessories
The plate-loaded weight carriage features dual 2-inch diameter posts that accommodate standard Olympic weight plates and high-density bumper plates. The attachment includes a lat bar, a low row bar, and quick-connect snap links that allow for fast swapping with other standard cable handles and attachments.
