Built from heavy-duty steel and reinforced high-impact plastic components, each dumbbell adjusts from 5 lbs to 50 lbs in 5 lb increments, making the set suitable for progressive resistance training at home, in a garage or basement, or in commercial facilities.
Adjustment System & Structural Safety
Weight selection is managed through an integrated Dial Tech mechanism located on each end of the unit, allowing users to select resistance settings simultaneously. To ensure user safety during exercises, a dual-locking mechanism secures the selected precision-cut steel plates to the primary handle assembly, preventing accidental plate detachment during vertical or inverted movements.
Ergonomics & Included Storage Stand
