The PSM144X features four 2"x2" 12-gauge steel pillars that support and guide the patented Super-Glide carriage, delivering frictionless movement during even your most vigorous sets. Heavy-duty adjustable safeties and 14 lockout points spaced 4-1/2 inches apart provide an exceptional safety system for solo lifters, with the dual-lock Safety Spotter Catch System preventing the bar from pinning the user in a max-out situation by simply turning the pivot sleeve 15 degrees. Jumbo pop pins can be quickly and easily adjusted to help you come to a safer, predetermined stop with greater straight-line stability. The 1-inch-diameter bar accepts both Standard and Olympic sized weight plates
