The RUGGED by Body-Solid Solid Aluminum Pulley Upgrade Kit is designed to replace the standard nylon pulleys on the RUGGED by Body-Solid Y400 Multi-Station Home Gym with precision-machined aluminum components.
Material Construction & Hardware
Constructed from solid aluminum, these upgrade pulleys offer increased durability, reduced frame-cable wear, and increased structural rigidity under high resistance. Each pulley features a 1-inch-wide profile and internal sealed bearings to maintain low-friction rotation and smooth cable tracking.
Compatibility & Sizing
The kit contains a complete replacement set specifically sized for the Y400 gym framework, incorporating 3-inch and 4-inch diameter pulleys to match the original factory routing requirements.
