Wow
I'm 39 years old and I've been lifting weights for a long time. I've never ever felt a pump in my triceps like I felt after using this tricep bar. I work out at home so I don't have or use a lot of different equipment that the gym has. I had been previously using a curl bar and dumbbells for skull crushers.
