Nuts & Bolts

Q: I cannot get the nuts onto the bolts, there is something inside the nuts.

A: The nuts have a nylon insert that you will have to “drive” thru with a wrench on the nut and a wrench on the bolt.

Q: The parts/hardware list does not match with the parts when I try to do an inventory.

A: If the boxes/hardware bags were not broken open you should be fine, the hardware/parts could be preinstalled.

Q: My parts do not seem to fit together.

A: You only want to finger tighten the hardware until the product is assembled, then go back and tighten the hardware.
