WHERE CAN I GET BODY-SOLID PRODUCT PRICING?
Body-Solid lists the manufacturer's suggested retail prices on the product detail pages of this website. Prices are subject to change and you should contact your Body-Solid Authorized Dealer for the most up to date pricing of any given product.
HOW DO YOU DETERMINE SHIPPING, HANDLING & DELIVERY?
Freight costs are usually reflected in the price of any given product as established by your local Authorized Dealer. Any delivery or setup charges are also determined by the Dealer and may be based on weight, travel time, distance and complexity of assembly.
I CAN'T FIND A LOCAL AUTHORIZED DEALER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
While Body-Solid has dealers all over the world, there may not be one in your town. In this case we suggest visiting www.fitnessfactory.com, the largest online retailer of Body-Solid equipment. They can ship any Body-Solid product you need directly to your home.
HOW DO I OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE OR TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE?
It is always best to contact the Authorized Dealer where you purchased your Body-Solid product. You may also call our customer service department at 1-800-556-3113.
THE WEIGHT STACK ON MY GYM IS STICKING, WHAT DO I DO?
Clean the guide rods with an alcohol based cleaner, then lubricate them with a dry silicone or teflon spray. Also, check all cables to make sure they are not damaged and are properly positioned over the pulleys.
HOW OFTEN SHOULD I REPLACE THE CABLES ON MY MACHINE?
You should inspect your cables before each use. If there is noticeable wear on the cables or the coating is coming off, it is time to replace the cables. You can order new cables directly from Body-Solid at 1-800-556-3113 or 1-708-427-3555 outside the US or Canada.
