This exercise is designed to be performed on a Body-Solid Tools Stability Ball. Stability Balls can be used to perform a variety of balance, core training, strength, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises that target the abdominals, hips, glutes, back and upper body.
Lie on your back with ankles resting on the exercise ball. Roll the torso up with arms extended, pointing towards ankles. Hips remain stable on the ground with the body forming a ‘V’ shape.
Hold for three seconds, and then slowly roll back to the starting position.
