This exercise is designed to be performed on a Body-Solid Tools Stability Ball. Stability Balls can be used to perform a variety of balance, core training, strength, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises that target the abdominals, hips, glutes, back and upper body.
Lie on the exercise ball with the middle back resting on the ball, palms resting lightly on the thighs, and feet flat on the floor. Curl the upper body forward slowly, focusing on keeping the ball stable. Pause at the top and then lower back down.
