If you've been into fitness, weightlifting or bodybuilding at any point over the last 20 years, there’s a good chance you’ve happened upon CriticalBench.com.
The website—founded by college football player and competitive powerlifter Mike Westerdal in 1999—is one of the internet’s longest standing strength websites featuring programs, articles, free reports and a popular YouTube channel.
In October, CriticalBench.com, with the help of head strength coach and content manager, Chris Wilson, began building a gym at their Clearwater Beach, Florida headquarters.
That’s where Body-Solid came in.
Wilson worked with Body-Solid dealer Bandit Fitness and began looking at equipment to put in their new facility. Wilson and his team were intrigued by Body-Solid’s new SPR1000 Commercial Power Rack.
“We thought the price was fair and (the SPR1000) offered exactly what we wanted,” said Wilson.
