I was a previous 12 year bow flex owner and decided it was time to upgrade my machine. After looking at bow flex and doing intensive research, i kept coming back to the G10b and dove in and made the purchase. It was the best decision of my home fitness life. I love it, a solid built machine with many exercise options that brings a smile to my face every time. If you can swing it, the GLP leg press, floor mats and aluminum pulleys are well worth the investment. Instructions are pretty straight forward, it took me two days. The only thing i would change is i would pay the extra money for installation (my exercise room is upstairs). Thank you Body Solid and a special thanks to Scott in customer service.
