Fitness Bars - Upright Row
This exercise is designed specifically to be performed with the Body-Solid Fitness Bars.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, gripping the bar with both hands in front of the thighs.
Raise the bar, keeping it close to the body and bending at the elbows until they are slightly above the shoulders and the bar is at the chest.
Pause, then lower the arms back to the starting position.
