Fitness Bars - Squat-Curl-Press
This exercise is designed specifically to be performed with the Body-Solid Fitness Bars.
Start with feet shoulder width apart, holding the bar in front of the thighs.
Squat low, bringing the bar down towards the ankles.
Stand up, curling the bar towards the chest, squeezing the biceps.
With the palms still facing the body, press the fitness bar towards the ceiling.
At the top of the press, bend the elbows and squeeze the triceps, lowering the bar behind the head.
Straighten the arms and return the bar to the starting position in front of the thighs.
