Fitness Bars - Row & Raise
This exercise is designed specifically to be performed with the Body-Solid Fitness Bars.
Start with feet hip-width apart, with the arms by sides and palms facing in.
Gripping the center of the fitness bar with the right hand, lunge the right leg back so that it is extended behind you.
The left knee should be bent at a 90 degree angle in front of you, with the left hand resting on top of it.
Drive the right elbow behind the body to bring the bar by the ribs, keeping it parallel to the floor throughout the row.
Extend the bar laterally, keeping it at shoulder height. Then, lower the arm back down your side.
