Start by holding the bar at the hips with a shoulder-width grip, palms facing forward.
Draw the right knee up towards the ceiling, bending it 90 degrees.
Curl the bar to the shoulders while straightening the raised leg.
Then, while lowering the arms, bend the leg back to 90 degrees and lower to the ground.
Repeat, alternating legs.
