Rope Slam Jumps are an exercise designed specifically to be performed wthe the Body-Solid Fitness Training Ropes. This exercise improves cardio training, muscle endurance, and overall cardio fitness.
Hold an end of the training rope in each hand, with your feet shoulder width apart and your knees slightly bent.
Bring hands up overhead and while raising the arms as high as possible, jump in the air and then slam the ropes upon landing. Make sure to cushion the landing by landing softly on your feet. Do as many as possible for 20 seconds.
