The Seated Row is a resistance exercise used to strengthen and develop the Lats, Traps and biceps. Our example is shown with a GSRM40 Seated Row Machine.
START by sitting on the machine with your feet flat on the floor or behind the foot rollers. You may need to adjust the chest pad to ensure proper armposition. You want to maintian an erect torso and begin with your arms extended while your chest is out and shoulders back.
Grab the handles and start by pinching your shoulder blades together in back, then pull the handles until your hands are only and inch or two from your chest. Keep your elbows up. Pause, then slowly return to the starting position.
