This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand facing the plyo box and lift one pull one knee up toward your chest, plant the ball of your foot on top of the plyo box, return it to the floor while lifting your opposite leg up to plant the top of the plyo box.
Repeat this motion for 30 seconds.
