This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand with one foot on each plyo box, holding a kettlebell. Squat low so that thighs are parallel to the ground and let the glutes graze the top of the boxes before coming back to standing position.
