The Close Grip Front Lat Pullup is a variation of a variety of upper-body pulling exercises that concentrates more on the Biceps. Our example is shown with the FCD Fusion Chin/Dip Machine.
START by grabbing the chinning bar with an underhand, shoulder-width grip and hang with your elbows slightly bent.
Pull your chin above the bar, hold for a second or two , than lower your body with control to the starting position.
