This exercise is designed to be performed on a Body-Solid Tools Stability Ball. Stability Balls can be used to perform a variety of balance, core training, strength, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises that target the abdominals, hips, glutes, back and upper body.
Standing with feet shoulder-width apart, place the exercise ball between the wall and the curve of the lower back. Bend the knees, squatting down while the ball rolls slightly up the back.
Lower the body so that the knees create a 90-degree angle with the floor. Hold the squat, and then stand back up to starting position. Keep the abs tight and hips square throughout the move.
