This exercise is designed to be performed on a Body-Solid Tools Stability Ball. Stability Balls can be used to perform a variety of balance, core training, strength, flexibility and rehabilitation exercises that target the abdominals, hips, glutes, back and upper body.
Assume the plank position with the forearms resting flat on top of the ball. Keep the neck in line with the spine and the body is a straight line. Hold for one minute.
