This exercises is designed to be performed with resistance tubes or bands. Resistance Tube exercises offer a portable solution for full body conditioning and full range-of-motion training.
Stand over the middle of the tube with feet shoulder-width apart.
Grip each handle, positioning the hands at shoulder level with the palms facing each other so that thumbs touch the shoulders.
Press straight up, rotating your palms forward as you fully extend your arms.
Pause at the top and then lower back down slowly.
