Tie the resistance tube around the legs right above the knees. Lie on your back with feet on the floor, bending the knees to 90 degrees.
Rasie the hips toward the ceiling until the shoulders, hips and knees align, contracting the glutes and keeping the core tight throughout the entire movement.
Slowly lower down, without touching the ground.
