This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Medicine Ball. Medicine Ball exercises are effective in developing balance and core strength.
Lie flat on your back, with legs extended and arms extended behind the head holding a medicine ball with both hands.
Use the core to lift the hands and feet simultaneously so that the body forms a “V.” At the top of the “V,” pass the medicine ball from the hands to the feet, squeezing the ball between your feet.
Slowly lower arms and legs back down to the floor. Then, lift the body back to the “V,” grab the ball with both hands, and return to starting position.
