This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Medicine Ball. Medicine Ball exercises are effective in developing balance and core strength.
Stand with feet shoulder width apart, or sit tall in a chair, keeping the core engaged.
Hold a medicine ball with both hands and extend the arms overhead, with the inner arms grazing the ears. Next, bend the elbows, lowering the ball behind the head until the arms form a 45-degree angle.
Contracting the triceps, straighten the arms and return the ball to the starting position.
