This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Medicine Ball. Medicine Ball exercises are effective in developing balance and core strength.
Get into a high-plank position (arms should be fully extended) with a medicine ball under only one hand.
Lower the chest toward the floor to perform a push-up. Then push back up into the high-plank and roll the ball to the other hand. Continue the push-ups, rolling the ball back and forth between hands.
