This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Medicine Ball. Medicine Ball exercises are effective in developing balance and core strength.
Start in a traditional push-up position, placing palms on the medicine ball.
Shift your bodyweight forward until in a plank position. Keeping the head aligned with the spine, slowly lower the chest toward the ball until it nearly touches.
Focus on keeping the elbows close to your sides. Complete the move by pressing back up until the arms are fully extended.
