This exercise is designed to be performed with a Body-Solid Medicine Ball. Medicine Ball exercises are effective in developing balance and core strength.
Stand with feet together, holding the medicine ball in front of the chest with both hands.
Lift the right foot off the floor, bending the knee, and hold this position for one count, then step forward into a lunge.
Push the medicine ball straight overhead, still in the lunge position, and then bring the ball back to the chest.
Come back to the starting position and continue, alternating legs.
