This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Sit on top of the plyometric box and lean back slightly, gripping the sides of the platform with hands slightly behind the body.
Lift the feet and draw your knees in toward the chest so that the body forms a “V” position.
Then, fully extend both legs straight in front of the body.
