This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
With the arms bent at the elbow and slightly behind the body, place heels of the hands close to the corners of the plyometric box with fingers curled over the edge.
Your body should hover above the ground with the legs fully extended and heels down.
Then, lower the body towards the floor, contracting the triceps to support the weight as you dip down and then return to the starting position.
