This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart a few inches in front of the plyometric box.
Bbring one leg up and out, bent slightly at the knee to touch to box with the toes.
Return it to the ground and touch the box with the other foot. Do this move as quickly as possible.
