This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand with both feet flat on top of the plyometric box.
Then, lunge one leg backward until the ball of the foot meets the ground.
Bend at the knee until the knee grazes the ground and then bring the leg back to the box. Repeat, alternating legs.
