This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Assume the push-up position with feet toes down on the plyometric box.
Bending at the elbows, lower the body until the chest is just a few inches away from the ground. Then, push the body back up until arms are extended, focusing on keeping the core tight and squeezing the glutes.
