This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart and with the plyometric box on the right side of the body.
Bending at the knees, jump laterally onto the box, facing forward the whole time.
Pause for a count, then jump off the other side of the box so that it is next to the left leg.
