This exercise is designed to be performed on the Body-Solid Plyo boxes. Plyometric exercises stimulate several different muscle groups at the same time and can help you burn twice as many calories as other forms of training.
Stand with feet shoulder-width apart about a half foot in front of the plyometric box.
Bend the knees and then jump with both feet to stand on top of the box.
Keep the landing light and balanced.
Pause for one count, then jump off the box backwards and repeat.
