Many of todays high income customers don’t have a lot of time to spend shopping for fitness equipment. They know two things - they have the money and they want to workout at home. Wouldn’t it be nice if with a little guidance and visualization they would walk out of your store with a large purchase? Why not make this easier for both your sales team and customers buy creating room packages?

 

If you have the space you can set these packages up in your store. Some retailers will go so far as to set up some temporary walls with a few plants and pictures along with the equipment to really show off what a fitness room can look like. It allows your customers to visualize what it would look like in their home fitness room and make the decision easier for them.

 

You can add incentive for your customer to purchase the package, maybe special financing or discounting on certain products if they are purchased in the package or a good deal on the installation. Those with access to personal trainers might offer a free training session once the room is set up.
